Help families by donating sperm — we’re looking for healthy donors who meet our requirements.
Donor Eligibility Requirements
- Age 20-40 at the start date of sperm donation.
- Excellent physical health with no history of chronic illnesses, genetic disorders, or sexually transmitted diseases.
- Maintain a healthy weight, and avoid smoking, alcohol consumption, and illicit drug use.
- Donors must have exclusively female sexual partners.
- Undergo mental health screening.
- A single sperm donor is limited to providing sperm for up to 15 recipients. Sperm donations must be altruistic in nature.
- Provide written informed consent, fully understanding the implications of sperm donation.
What to expect
- We will review your information based on your application.
- For the initial sperm evaluation, please abstain from ejaculation for 3 days prior. At the visit, we test your ejaculate for sperm count and motility.
- The following visit, we perform a physical examination and medical and psychological interview.
- Finally we request a blood draw and urine sample to perform STD testing and genetic screening.
- If selected, please commit to a weekly routine of donating sperm for at least 6 months.
